So exciting! Mine too is January 14th. Go to my pre-op appointment later today and am NERVOUS because I have not been a good girl...eatting the things that I think I won't be able too after surgery! Common issue I know...just hope that there is no pre-op diet they decide to put me on because of the weight gain! Yikes!

Mine is on Jan. 28, 2008, it feels like so far away. I hope time passes by fast because i'm starting to get nervous and with work issues this month, it's going to be very stressfull.

Yes is going fast now, more then I might be comfy with?? my nerves agh.

five more days for the big day. I go the day before surgery to hospital pre-op and surgeon pre-op and I suppose weight in.. I am been good now, no more snacking and drinking lots of water, have to clean that liver out.

so if feels like 4 more days because I go get started with things a day before. And then after my appointment I drive home to do the bowl cleanser yackie part that I am not looking forward too a bit. I am planning on doing clear fluid all the day prior or two, so not much has to be cleansed.

Does that part goes very fast? or you get the runs all evening and night??

I did the clear fluids a couple days before too, so it wasn't too bad. It wasn't required by my surgeon, but I did it anyway...everybody's different, so plan to stay close to home! You're almost there!!!

k last time I post here before my surgery. I have to go to the town next door tomorrow which is where I will have my surgery, I have 2 pre-ops then on Tuesday I go in first thing to check in for surgery.

I been keeping fairly level headed about it, trying to stay calm,,, so far so good.

Did good with the diet, but tonight I had something I shouldn't but I aint gonna sweat it either cause it was just protein.

I might stay overnight tomorrow in a hotel depending on the weather, it has turned worst then they where predicting and we had snow, wet slashy snow, something we don't get much on the coast. I will check again after I return and hope all goes well.

Here I go
