Default It's a Miracle

I thought my surgery would not be until first part of February because I could not get in to get my phsyc evaluation until January 30th, that was the sooner they had an openning. They did put me on a call list incase they had a cancellation. Today, at 8:30 am a call came in, they had an opening for 10am, I am an hour drive from there, so I said sure can lol. I had just received their paperwork the day before and had not filled it out. Boy I tell you, I wrote all I could in like five minutes, changed clothes, graved an isopure and headed out the door, didn't even kiss my husband goobye lol.

So after I called in to the Doctors office since it's near by, and said, I am in town and just completed my evaluation, should I come to set the date? she said sure. Now I have a Surgery date of January 8th!!

I never felt so excited and yet nervous at the same time,, this is awsome, now I am watching my self very close, and have a party at my home this weekend, which I do every year, and I always cook soups, so will allow my self a bowl of soup, but it's worth not having everything else, I am quite content with my experience at this doctors office so far, which I could say the same about all the other doctors.

Keep me in your prayers, I will post as time gets closer..

Positively wonderful for you Chiquita!
To calm your nerves, start packing your hospital things, get the kids on a school pickup rota if that applies, batch cook some chicken soup for when you are home, write all your Christmas thank you letters straight away, get the tree ditched before you leave for hosp and generally do as much administrative stuff for you and your family as you can before you go in - the date arrives pretty fast!
Best wishes and what a wonderful way to start your New Year and New Life!
God bless you Chiquita on your journey...
Cheers!
