I am still learning what I can and can't eat for example I was craving a salad at California Adventure so i got a salad with fresh albocore tuna. I took one bite and got nasueas OH well took it back and got my money back and got some soup. I have no regrets even thought at times it can be frustrating figuring out what to eat.
Hi Carl,

Actually, breakfast is the most important meal, and one egg scrambled in the microwave with a lil cheese is delicious. Breakfast starts your metabolism, putting your body into a fat burning mode, using calories to break down breakfast. It is a must especially so fresh post op.

Take care,

Carl, I hope you don't mind, but I may have a suggestion for you.

Maybe you are eating a little too much at one time, at 7 weeks you mentioned you ate "egg drop soup ( couple spoonfuls), 2-shrimp, BBQ Pork 2 pieces. didn't keep any of it down" It does you no good if it comes up on you. At 12 weeks I can not eat that much or it would probably come up on me too. So, maybe eat slower and maybe only half of that much food. Chew it very, very well. Also, I noticed if I eat something liquidy and then dense ie: soup then meat, I have trouble with that also. Try the dense food first.

As always the protein first and then the veggies. It is not easy, but it can not be too fun for you right now living on cream of wheat.

Hope this helps............... or you can tell me to mind my own beeswax!!lol
