Sorry to be so blunt, but it sounds like you need to evaluate this further.

My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner. I regret that I watched life pass me by for far too long.

I'm so happy that I did this!!

Hey Kim,
I agree 100% with you and I haven't even had my surgery yet! I wish I would have started the process along time ago, Instead I let my 20's and half of my 30's slip by and now I am ready to redeem my time, I might not get back those years wasted away in the frigerator but I will get my health back and I feel better just thinking about it.

Kim,

I wish I could, after asking Meaghan, I realized I hadn't really viewed the forum much and found your knitting bee gathering.

Sorry to have to miss it, I am trying to go to Bridgets on Sunday, how about you?

Well at 7-weeks out there are time I say why bother when it comes time to eat. Especially breakfast it doesn't make sense for me to make 1 egg. I can't eat bread yet so no toast. Yogurt works once in awhile. Even my partner says goign out to eat with me is not fun anymore cause inevitably I will order something and can't eat it. I just eat some of his. I am still learning what I can and can't eat for example I was craving a salad at California Adventure so i got a salad with fresh albocore tuna. I took one bite and got nasueas OH well took it back and got my money back and got some soup. I have no regrets even thought at times it can be frustrating figuring out what to eat.

Carl,

That is what I fear I will be like. Talked with DaleM about this today actually (thanks for your advice Dale!). I'm afraid I won't want to eat when the time comes... like I'll want to stick with protein drinks instead. I guess I'll find out soon enough.

I sometimes , o.k. most of the time, do not have an appetite, but I know that it is very important to eat. This is the healthy approach and it helps me to know that I can control my own well being. Since I did all this to be healthy, than I know I have to eat and make good choices with what I eat. Protein veggies, fruit then carbs!!

It is a way of life....healthy life!!

Once I eat the protein I can only get a few veggies or anything else down. I have to eat other things just to spice things up a bit. I only eat when I know I need to. The hard part for me is a lot of the time I don't keep it down. i just ate out tonight had some egg drop soup ( couple spoonfuls), 2-shrimp, BBQ Pork 2 pieces. didn't keep any of it down. Guess its cream of wheat tonight.
