Pre-op Activities

Whenever I chat with anyone who is considering gastric bypass surgery I always tell them two things that I am SO glad I did.

1) Write myself a letter that I don't have to share with anyone which I can read to myself post-op whenever I need to remember why I made the decision I did.

2) Take many pre-op photos and measurements, including in a bathing suit.

I am interested if anyone else has some suggestions for those who are about to embark on this journey.
