Angry Good thing i called....

Well i am glad I called my surgeons office yesterday being impatient. She has not even submitted the paperwork yet (She was supposed to on Last Friday). She said Great West's requirments had changed as of 02/15/05, and she and the doc need to look over it first again. She has put through 3 in the past 3 days and they have all been denied. So i dont know whether to be happy or mad, or what. I guess wished she would have called me to let me know that instead of waiting a whole week. How rude!
I hate waiting. I am the most impatient person in the whole world. UGGGG!!

Wink Pokey

Hi Pokey,
Don't be discouraged. It's a good thing that you called. Sometimes offices don't think that we as patients need to know what's going on with our files and care, etc. That is why it is so important to be involved in our own care. You will get your paperwork done and soon we'll be hearing about your surgery date. You just wait and see...but you have to remember to be patient during the process. Don't give up!!!
