Talking long long time no see

Well it has now been two and a half years since my bypass. I just had the plastic surgery done and lost another 13 lbs of ugly skin. I am not released from this surgery yet but before I had it I was biking 15 miles every other day and walking 7 miles every other day. I have gotten my waist down to a 34-36 and that is will the belly wrap still on. I cant wait till I can remove it so i can go buy a smaller pair of pants. It hasnt been easy but the lord has walked beside me all the way and I am glad to say I finally see a skinny guy when I look in the mirror. I am still about 20 lbs away from the docs goal and 34 away from my own, but the doc and I have a bet. HE says I wont get down below where I am now. I got 20. bucks riding on it that I will. Easy 20.00. Any questions just ask them. I am always open to give the straigh stuff. till later. SmilingClint 411/220/200
