Default My sister will be around :)

I spoke to my sister last night and she has elected to work the nights of my surgery. She won't necessarily be in my room but she will be around I find this funny. We are nine years apart in age. When she was in nursing school she insisted that I was her pin cushion and would chase me around the house with suringes threating to draw my blood or inject air. She never did. But, I would hide for hours. The sibling rivalry is over we have both grown up. The disected cat is off of the back porch (that was her anatomy class or something). So maybe all the torture has paid off.

That's wonderful to have your sister "around" during your surgery. Your guardian angel. I'm sending healing thoughts your way and praying for a safe a speedy recovery from your upcoming surgery!

Sounds like an exciting childhood. It's great to hear that she is going to be there when you are there. I think it's special. March 7th is just around the corner. We'll be thinking of you.
