Default I Can't Believe How Stressed Out I've Been

Getting my psych eval & testing, getting a letter from my dr to document my attempts at dieting, etc. (which I still do not have...still waiting). I did not realize I was so stressed out!! Last night I laid down at 6:30 thinking I would take a short nap...I woke up at 2:20a.m.. I watched a little Cosby & went back to sleep & then woke up at 9:15 this morning. I usually sleep 6-7 hours every night.
I guess this is a different type of stress than I'm used to & can identify so I didn't get it until I slept for 15 hours to recover from the week. Hopefully I will figure it out & acclimate.

It goes with the territory! Your mind starts going and it just keeps going and going...there are so many things to think about, worry about...consider and decide on. Just take one step at a time. The only way to GET through it, is to GO through it! ((HUGS))

Hang in there, things will get better. After the surgery you can relax knowing that everything went smoothly. I too was nervous and had a funny sleep schedule before surgery, I was worried and nervous, after surgery I still slept a lot for about a half a week until the pain went away, now I am pretty much back into my normal sleep patterns.

I AM really nervous. I've never ever been in the hospital except to have my daughter 23 years ago...never even been to the ER. I'm going to talk to my dr about ambien I think. I have to SLEEP. I don't function well this way. Lol

Jeri... do you have a date yet???

Are you worried about the hospital or the life-change???

I'm worried about all the "WHAT IF's" --- don't get me started...

I'll hold your hand if you hold mine!!!

Toony

(PS: I've been known to borrow an Ambien from my hubby...)
