Wow Keith, Congrats! I know that you have gone through some tough times. I can't help ya though - I'm still very early pre-op. I hope you're feeling better!

Keith;
After what you've been through, I'm not surprised. I don't think it's necessarliy a bad or unhealthy thing. As long as you and your doctor are watching your overall health, and from the looks of things, your on top of it!
You posted you were having dizzy spells, and waiting for a call back from the doctor - what did he have to say?
How are you feeling? What's your body telling you? I'm sure if there was a problem, you would be at the hospital and they would (should) be taking blood tests and stuff.
How are you eating? What diet did the doctor place you on - clear? Soft?
Are you getting in any protein?
Hang in there - your one hell of a tough guy!

Don't worry too much Keith. I had a pretty rough start too and dropped like a stone! It leveled off. As long as your doctor is aware of your progress, you're doing fine. My doc said I lost too fast, but once the health situation stabilized, so did the right weight loss. Good luck!

Doc can't get me in till Monday. My surgeon seems to think its my heart pills, so I have not taken them today. The only changes is the dizziness is getting worse, when I stanp up, its very bad, and i start sweating, just a lil bit.
Im eating ok, poached eggs, a lil hamburger ground in coffee grinder. Im on no special diet, dont really need one with DS, just protien first. I am getting in as mush protien as I can.
If this continues, I may have to go to the ER tomorrow.
I will keep u all up to date.
God I'm getting so tired of these damn complications!!!

Hey Buddy......YUP very normal for a guy!
I am a little concened about you not taking the heart medication. Your body has been through so much in the past weeks.
Take things VERY easy over the weekend.
