One more day and a wke-up
Thank you all for having this place of comfort. I have read soooo much about what to expect until I am beginning to not worry as much. Also as long as I am reading, the time seems to go by faster. The other day I had been in front of my screen for about six hours when I had to go to the doctors office. As I was driving I became very scared because my vision was very blurry. My first thought was that "Oh my God , I've got diabetes."
But after talking to the dr. He said that it was probally just eye strain. I am very fortunate to not have either diabetes or high blood pressure. But at 542 lbs. and counting, I am sure I am on the steps knocking on the door. LOL
Can anyone tell me about the pain meds that I'll receive. You see I rely heavily on naproxin and some times lortab to deal with arthritic knees. My dr. said that any NSAID would be out of the question after the surgery. I want to be able to start an exersize program ASAP or at least increase my walking (which presently is very little.)
Can someone offer some insight??? Thanking you all in advance
