Hi all --

I don't post much anymore since I've been so busy with the new life! But I read everything from both boards all the time so keep up the good work, ya'all!

I'm posting today though, because I don't think my Mom has successfully navigated the new board yet. Her name on the old board was LesserLee2004. Many of you have met her as I've drug her to every meeting I've gone to!! Anyway, she just got her approval for surgery thru Dr. C's office and is scheduled for 6-23-04. She's just beside herself with joy!

Update on me: I'm doing pretty well. I'm down 128 lbs in 6 months. Bloodwork and everything is fine. It's been a great journey thusfar and I'm excited to see what the next 6 months holds. I'm having a great time buying new clothes, exercising, walking all over town, cleaning, running up and down stairs and flying all over the country with out a seatbelt extender and my tray table down!!!

Lee congrats on your approval and surgery date. I got chills and so excited just reading Jeana's post. I am doing the happy dance for you!!!!

Jeana congrats on your weight loss and thank you so much for posting your moms date and approval. YAY!!! Your Mom must be numb!! How exciting. I am just thrilled. My nephew comes in on the 23rd so I won't forget that date. I will try and stop by the next day though.. yippee!!!

Tell your mom we are happy for her. I am glad she won her appeal and everything went well. That is a lucky week, my 9 yr. wedding anniversary is the 24th and my daughters adoption should be final on the 25th.
