Red face I'm in dictation!!!

It's official...all my labs are in and I'm in dictation. I'm so excited!!! Tomorrow is my appt with the urologist, then it's off to Dr.Pott's office to drop off the films to my CT scan. I really can't believe that this is happening all soooooo fast for me. Three weeks into my journey and I'm already in dictation. If there' s any advice I can give to someone beginning their journey is to be PROACTIVE. That's it for now...wish me luck on my appt to tomorrow and on a quick approval

Yay Angela! The even better news is that dictation with Dr. Potts is days, not weeks. You will be submitted to insurance by next Wed., I bet! I am so happy for you

Default Hip, hip, hooray

Dr. Potts is very fast with his dictation. It was only a few days from dropping the stuff off and sending it to the insurance. I had everything turned in April 21. When I called the next Wednesday, it was dictated and sent to insurance on April 26th. The next week, I was approved. Actually I was approved on the 26th, but it takes 5 days to get the approvals out to everyone.

Default Congrats!!!!

Angela,

Congrats on your speedy process. I still would not change my somewhat lengthy process for the world though. If I could give any advice at all it would be to attend as many support groups/meetings and seminars as possible in the weeks before your surgery. You want to go in 110% informed seriously. And so many post ops can attest to how you may feel afterwards. Everyone has a different experience so please don't hesitate to ask questions.. even the embarrassing ones.. trust me we've all been there.. lol

I have to fix my signature.. I am now 223!!!
