Thank You for listing this, sure is interesting. Like another my Diet person says 30 minutes for a meal. Right now takes me that long to eat my meals. Sometimes I just can't eat it all.

Talking This is such great information on success

Thank you so much for this article. It is so different from what I have been told. I was told to not drink 30 mins before meals and not to drink for 30 mins after meals.. This is such powerful information if you follow the pouch rules>>
Thank you again,
Tina..

I have never read this before and found it very interesting. I am one who has lost too much too fast, according to my docs, and will follow the rules in reverse for now. Later I am sure I will need to follow the rules of the pouch as written. This was very useful! I appreciate your posting

Default Thanks!

Thank you so much for all that information. It helps so much to be able to go back and research something. I think (my own opinion) with so many of us on here that are Newbies, any advice given should definitly help out. I love reading everyone's own personal stories. Most of you who are Vets here, have no idea how good you make someone feel by welcoming them here. All the answers I have gotten here have been honest and from the heart. Thank you for letting me join this wonderful family!!!
