Default Slow Motion

Since I have been told that my surgery will be on the 18th, it seems as if time has slowed down.

This week-end has just dragged on and on!

I think I'm gonna go crazy here. Was it like this for others?

Can someone please kick some clocks to get the time moving again!!!

I know the waiting sucks.. but this week will go by and you will be wondering where did the time go. Be patient, easier said then done, and before you know it the 18th will be here. Hang in there.

Keith,

Have you planned out what you need and continued with your exercise.

The time will pass and you too will be on the losers bench. Just remember it is not all peaches and cream on that bench. You will have to work hard to reach your goals and stay focused each day on you well being including mental and physical . Have you got someone to feed the goldfish and water the plants

Take this time to prepare both long and short term plans.

I look forward to meeting you on august 4th

Have no plants nor goldfish, so I'm all set there. Yes, I have continued with the bike i'm staying at 10 minute sessions, did just 2 today, but 3 yesterday. I spent the week-end getting rid of all the food in the house, and packing, and repacking my bag, IM STIR CRAZY

Just want this over with!
It will be great to meet all my fellow losers in August!

As I keep getting closer to my different surgery dates....I planned for my last week or few days before surgery....to go through all my drawers and closet and do a major cleaning. I have years (and I mean YEARS!!) worth of clothes/different sizes to "fit back into" twenty years later! I can see it all now...moth holes and dry-rot!

Anyway..I figure the cleaning will keep me busy and making room for the new clothes I'll be picking up along the way!

Im not nervous about the surgery, I have been thru this before, and am so convinced that it will work this time, that im a ease with it.

Im just going stir crazy, I want to move on already. And yes, at least for me, time has slowed.

I cant stand it!

It's got to be hard to be so close. I'm going nuts not knowing what kind of wait I'm facing, and I wish I could lie down on the table today and get 'er done.

It'll be here before you know it!

I am in the same boat. I am on the 19th and it seems like everything is dragging. This past weekend I cleaned out my closets of winter clothes I know I won't be able to get into. I think if I keep myself busy with cleaning closets, it will go faster. Today off to GNC to check out proteins and vitamins.
