Irving,

How exciting! One word of caution I always tell everyone since nobody told me this----Your tummy will be very swollen. It looked like the doc put a watermelon in my belly and I even asked him on the day of discharge if he did that as a joke...He tapped on my belly and told me my watermelon was ripe! So......bring along some comfy pants (like sweatpants) for when you leave and to wear around the house for a few days. Best wishes for a great surgery! We'll be waiting for you on the Loser's Bench!

I am almost 1 week out and can still not wear any pants other then elastic waists...but i agree with the chapstick, but deffinatly toothbrish and toothpaste...my mouth was sooo dry from the morphone that i brushed like 6 times a day!!! And i loved having my own pillow from home! Good Luck!!!

04/11/07...Had surgery!!! my nerves were still wacky but hey i did it!!

size before surgery was 18 now size 5

Being reversed on Jan 18 I cant wait!!!!!!!!
I WAS REVESED ON JAN 18,2008 NOT EVEN A YEAR OUT!!
