Default woooo wooooo wooooo

Well I finally got my plastic surgery referal. i have lost 165 lbs +- in about 20 months. i am down to a 38 waist and wearing medium and large shirts. I have lost all blood preasure meds 102 over 68. resting pulse is 52, bmi is 28, not disabeties, just all around great deal. i walk 20-30 miles a week, bought a bike a few weeks ago (no motor) and ride about 7-10 miles a week. its been a long time since i have been in here as i could get my user name and password figured out but ta da i got it, got a question. at one time i had a picture on here that was me standing next tomy boat at 400 lbs. if anyone has a copy of the large picture(not the shrunk one) i would be real happy to add it to my weight loss file for the support groups. thanks Dr Murr for doing the surgery and thank god for guiding the hand and the recovery, talk to you all in a few days clint, no more santa

Thumbs up

CJ
I don't have the photo. I am so impressed with your progress and can relate in many ways. About the same age and start weight. I am very interested as to how the PS works out I would love it if you let me know. I too have this in my future and at the same time they will repair 3 hernias.

May God bless you and yours....

CJ, not only do I love to hear about the weight loss, but the health aspect is priceless. Good for you for taking on walking and biking to that extent.

Seems to be the Spring for plastics...there are a few of us having consult or procedures being done.....oh, I see a new thread...:-)

Your picture you speak of is at : pictures from start to now. It was loaded as a small picture. I tried to open in photoshop, but it wouldn't let me access the picture.
