Girl it went sooo smooth with the Surgeon. He said that my starting weight would be what I weighed in with that day, and I brought out my weigh in log and showed him, he took out his calculator and said I was at goal. I just needed to maintain it

I was one pound over when I met with the Coordinator, but she said she would still schedule me and that I needed to get it off before surgery date.

You were so much help and so calming... thanks! I am going to be going on vacation a couple days after Christmas and returning on the 8th. So the date will be here in no time I am sure. I just have to work on keeping the weight off.

If your surgeon doesn't have you doing a pre-op liquid diet prior to surgery (when you have that dreaded last weigh-in), do yourself a favor and MAKE YOURSELF do one. It'll flush your system, shrink your liver, and make sure you lose that last pound (and then some, probably).

And whatever you do, BE CAREFUL OF THE EVIL CHRISTMAS COOKIES!!!!!! heeheehee
