Default Protein

Hello everyone,

I am drinking the protein drinks as part of my pre-op surgery regime. I just want to know how do you deal with the gas that it creates. They fill me up with so much gas that I have stomach pains and feel sick to the stomach.

Gas X Strips, dissolvable on the tounge. The gas is something your body will eventually get used to and it wont' be so bad later. Give it two more weeks...

Thanks Zen,

I have been taking protonix but, they did not do any good. I suppose to have protein drink in the morning but, I am going to have to drink them in the evening. I can not drink them at work. I am doing pretty good with this pre-op diet. It is just the protein.

Thanks again
