I got back yesterday and everything went smoothly.
I was overwhelmed by the fact that it was finally happening. And a bit nervous about the whole surgery thing. But everyone was so positive, the surgical staff was having so much fun as I was wheeled in, we were all joking and being silly, they really helped me stay at ease, because I know I started to tense up when I was actually wheeled into the OR)
Anyway, I look forward to your updates!
(who knew cottage cheese and cream of wheat could taste so good?)
