I was 370 pounds when I decided to have WLS! I was 363 on the day of my WLS

I was like 225 when I decided.....but was quickly on my way back up form South Beach and WW attempts.

Default Depends upon your height too!

I'm 5'2" and weighed 288. That is a BMI of 51 - super-morbidly obese.

Check your BMI - it may help you "feel out" where you are.
