I'm going to call them today and every other day if necessary for them to tell me. Maybe bugging them is the only way to make them work...geesh. I also had my phone service cut off for a couple of weeks so I'm curious as to maybe they called me and it didn't go through.

P.S. I saw later on in the thread that they did call you to give you the time. I hope everything goes well, hun! Let us know how everything went.

hi everyone i am home

i will write my experience later, boy was it one!!! but i want to spend time with my family, i know you want to know how i did, so i will just say this for now, i drove myself home today from medicine hat to red deer about 400kms....sorry americans, i dont know how many miles that is right now. I had driven myself there, and was up to driving home, i went off pain meds tuesday (day after my surgery) so Doc said if i was up to driving i could so i did, i am home and will tell my story once i kids are in bed.

Wow, my doc would have had a fit!!! But I am glad you are ok.....and I usre hope you take it easy now. If I lived closer I'd have driven you. Welcome to the losing side.

Welcome home girlfriend...been thinking of you all week. You are either amazing or crazy driving yourself home on day 6 post-op with open procedure. Nohr, let you do that...he must have softened...he told me 6 weeks!
