Smile Got my blood test in today

So the nutritionist put me on the 6 month deal. So i decided to go get my blood work and EKG done.

EKG came out great

Blood work came out great.
Can you believe they told me im actually pretty healthy!!! The lady from the lab was shocked that i was Obesed. She asked me "Can I asked why you took these test?" I said because im obesed. She couldnt believe it. I told her i was 325 and 5 11.

She was saying my cholestorol should be in the high 260+ range but mine was at 191!!!!

She asked me if i have considered Gastric Bypass. I was like YUP thats why im taking all these test. I also mentioned to her that the Nutrionist put me on the 6 month thing. She said for what the test prove that you been eating well and keeping in shape.
She thinks i would be a perfect candidate for the surgery. She is going to write them a letter and try and speed up the process!!

She mention that this might just be a Hereditary problem

She totally made my day!

Like Whitney said, it is always good to have someone on your side. And as for support, we are here for you. My pcp was so against me having surgery and it made it much harder for me.

Welcome!!! The only thing about getting some of your testing done now is that your surgeon may require them to be done again when it gets closer to your surgery date. My EKG and labs were only good for 3 months and then they would have had to be redone.
