Ive been thinking about having the gastric bypass surgery for about three years now. watched a few friends go thru it .. I finally decided to get over my fears and just do it myself .. im all scheduled for september 28th but pretty nervous lol.

For the people who have had it done . how long would you say it took till you saw a real difference, felt a real possitive difference? .. what do you think was the hardest part ?

I noticed in maybe 2 weeks. The hardest part for me was the crap I drank before surgery.......it stuck in my head and nauseated me for months!

I kid you not. lol The other hardest part is that it is very hard at first to get your liquids and protein.....then it becomes a job to try and eat enough......then, before I knew it......it was a job to get my head straight and my eating habits reigned in. Good luck on your decision and your surgery......welcome to the board.
