Hi Lynda,

Thanks so much for putting this together. You are a sweetie!

My surgery has been rescheduled to August 29th, so hopefully I will be feeling like my old self by then. I can't believe how tired I have been after the hemorrhage from the filter they put in. This is the first night I've been up past 8pm since I got home from the hospital!

How are you feeling these days? Better and better each day I hope.

It's true, better with each day. I went back to work at exactly 2 weeks, and I have been exhausted when I get home too. I'm sure the heat isn't helping for either of us. Even if you're in the AC, the in and out of the heat is rough on your body. I'm so glad you are healing from the hemmorage, and excited that you have a date again!

The heat has been something else. I think the worst part, besides the humidity, is that it doesn't cool down at night. Such strange weather for San Diego. It looks like there is some relief in sight though. I haven't had to leave the AC on the last two nights. Unfortunately, I hear this weather is moving eastward. I really feel for those getting this weather next.

Thank you for doing this. I do feel like an all-star, albeit a nervous, nauseated, scared-to-death one. Surgeon appt. is this afternoon. I that the appointment--probably in combination with the 4-day countdown-- has made the butterflies set in.

You're going to do just great. I so remember those feelings! You should feel better, even if anxious, after your pre-op appointment. I put myself on clear liquids 3 days before, and made the mistake of drinking too much coffee...talk about anxiety. You'll do just great...we'll be waiting to hear all about it!
