sometimes I wonder if I was sleeved?
I have been progressivley eating more. I have been able to eat soups, protein shakes (8 oz blended with ice) , the meat from a cheeseburger, a sandwhich, tator tots. I don't ever feel full, I don't feel preasure, I feel guilty for eating but find myself testing what I can eat just 13 days out from surgery. I even ask my doctor if he is sure he completed my sleeve because he had to do a previous acid reflux surgery repair. He said he was sure. I've lost 20 #'s but have gained 1 pound. I'm frustrated.

The surgery is just a tool to help YOU do the work. YOU still have to make the right choices-to follow your nutritionist's plan, to eat healthy foods in small quantities, following the rules for best bariatric life practices. You need to start by getting back to your post op diet plan. If you are eating solid foods two weeks out, you are pushing the envelope a bit. You may be able to tolerate it, because the sleeve procedure is less traumatic than RNY, but your sleeve needs more time to heal and you don't want to risk anything getting stuck and infected. The sleeve can be frustrating because it is so non invasive that it is common to ask if the procedure really happened. It did, its there, and don't damage it or stretch it! There is good info in the VSG section of TT about eating if you are VSG post op. You might want to check that out along with Aviator's rules for VSG.

I'm trying, I wish there was more support in Las Vegas for this surgery. I walk every day and I can't wait to get back in the gym. I'm excited about losing wieght. I just feel so hungry, maybe it's brain hunger.

I understand a bit where you're coming from, but, I mean... you can only eat 2 tator tots right? Instead of the 20 you could've eaten a few weeks ago?
I start to feel pressure after about 3 or 4 normal bites (chewed well)... If I've taken the 40mg acid reducer then I can take maybe 6 bites.
I could sit here eating chips all day long, but I want to succeed, don't you? That's why I choose to have things like yogurt, protein shakes, eggs, salad, turkey, chicken, crab and a few bites of dinner (healthy).
Give it some time and try. If you're hungry, I bet you're not getting your 60g protein and your 64 ozs of water. On the days I work my butt off trying to do that, I don't feel hungry. Drink drink drink! And this early out, you are gonna need a 30g protein shake to help you meet that 60g goal hon.
You can do it!

Thanks,
I try to get my protein shakes in... I have never been a water drinker... I do try to drink it.. Do you think it is where I don't drink enough water?

Definitely.. your body is mostly water. All your organs require it to flourish and survive. If you start drinking 2 liters a day, you'll feel amazing. You'll be peeing a lot, but you'll feel a lot better. Your body will. Your mind will. Your tummy will. =)

Definitely on the water. Even flavored water (with sugar free stuff like Crystal Lite)... I can totally TELL when I don't get my two liters in for the day. Those are the days that I want to make bad choices and think I'm hungry all the time, but I really need fluids.
At two weeks out, I was on pureed foods... even things like tuna/chicken/ham salad had to be run through a processor.
Are you still taking a pain killer?
