Default Full fat milk

I decided to share since some of you seem to thirst for knowledge

In the last 6 days since coming back from the hospital, I've had diarrhea 3 times, all after having a few drinks of milk. The thing is .. it's full fat milk because Rob said it's the only one the store had and he knew he had to get something for my protein shakes.

I ended up making my shakes with no fat, no sugar added chocolate milk instead, but everytime I take a couple sips of that milk, I get diarrhea. I did it this time on purpose because I hadn't gone for 3 days and was starting to feel so full.

Of course I'm a sleevie, so they didn't do anything to my intestines, my body just doesn't like fat anymore anyway? I don't think it's lactose intolerance as I've been living off of yogurt and pudding. By the way, my whole life I've used 2% or skim milk, so could it be that my body is just sensitive to it?

I thought it was interesting. Guess time will tell if all 3 times was a coincidence, but I'm starting to think it's not.

My guess would be that it's the fat. I'm not aware of that being a common problem after the sleeve, but then I don't know that much about the sleeve so maybe it's more common than I think. But it doesn't really matter if it's common or not, anyway, does it? What matters is how it affects you.

That's excellent, don't you think!? I was never a binger, but I was a bit worried I'd eventually go back to my lots of butter and cheese in everything, but if I can't do that without running to the bathroom, that's awesome!! =) I really hope I can't tolerate much fat!

I can't tolerate too much fat, and I'm happy about it. I'm also happy I dump on sugar.

I'm doing okay, healing well. Might be pushing myself too hard tho... Thursday felt like I was gonna pass out at the store I was so tired, Yesterday walked to a friends for tea and then back and then today went to 5 different stores picking up misc items.. (parking the car and walking)...

Trying to find the balance between getting out there and living and healing and doing too much, trying to push while not pushing too hard, but it's difficult cause I get tired so easily. Reminds me of my pets after surgery.. walking and then falling over lol.. it was cute when they did it tho. Not really cute when I do it.

One of my cats did that after she got spayed. It was like her back legs didn't want to work right. She would take a few steps and then literallly fall over. But she wouldn't lie down. It was kind of cute, but I felt sorry for her, too.

I have been doing 2% with my Syntha- Moccachino shakes after my sleeve 3 weeks ago and no issues. Test it with 2% or skim if you can get it and see how you react for a test.

You are a little behind, Stacie! She was gonna get RNY, but shortly before her surgery, it changed, I think.
