Hello,
12days post op and doing well. Nausea was only thing that really bothered me.
Graduating from full liquids to real food. Remains of course in 30cc cups-1/4 cup. No problem there because I am so full! Wow what a great feeling!

Goal : under 200 LTG-160-180.
Have read many peoples stories and struggles. It has greatly helped.

Working now regular walking until cleared by the MD. Hoping soon to return to the pool.
