Smile Sweet Protein Stinks

After having to do a liquid diet of slim fast for 2 weeks prior to my surgery, which was August 14th, 2009 I can't stomach any of the protein stuff. I did buy the unjury unfavored (not so much) and the chicken broth (can't think to stomach it yet)... I did buy some sugar free activia vanilla yogurt and it might as well been gold. I don't think I should be on yogurt yet, but it's that or starve. Ice water with lemon (sliced, but not squeezed) and ice water with sliced cucumbers do taste wonderful. So do sugar free popsicles and diet gingerale...

Food still does smell amazing, but I know I have to wait...all in good time.
