Default Kinda odd...

At 3 months I had a fill. This was my second. It was the first fill with any restriction so I thought things were "Normal". Turns out that I went a month being overfilled. So I went back, got an "unfill" and felt a lot better...for a while. I was able to eat 3-4 ounces of food and not slime or send it back up! It was great! But, now I'm at 5 1/2 months out and for the last 2-3 weeks it's like I had another fill-but I didn't! I eat 2 ounces and I'm sliming again or feel like it's stuck in my chest for an hour. I can't help but wonder if I've messed something up inside! I eat tiny bites and chew really good...I've stopped loosing again even though I'm getting in my protein...very frustrating! Any ideas?

If I were you I'd start off tomorrow with something light like yogurt, then for lunch and dinner eat what you'd normally eat and see how you feel.

Somedays things are just tighter than others - stress and the time of the month can do that. If you start breakfast off with something harsh (like toast) and it's one of those days where things are harder than normal, it can mess up the whole day cause it's so irritated after the toast.

If it keeps going on, might have to take just a bit more out hon.

If this has been going on for weeks as you say, I'd try a day or two of liquids and then see what happens...if it's the same I'd call the doc and let him know what's going on. Some have things tighten more a week or even a month after a fill, but this has been much longer. Just remember, getting stuck can be like a snowball effect...you get stuck, the stoma swells a little and is tighter, you get stuck again, it gets even tighter...on and on...some have this rapidly accelerate so that you can't swallow your own spit. I've learned the hard way to take things slow and go to liquids if I get stuck/PB badly.

Best wishes! -BG
