Default Wrinkles galore!

Where are all of these wrinkles coming from? Does anyone have a miracle cure for the dreaded wrinkles that pop up on your face when you loose this weight? The rest of my body isn't to bad but by face...OMG! It's horrible! Any suggestions?

From 6-12 months out, the area around my eyes and neck were horrendous. I had surgery at 52 so I wasn't expecting to come out of my journey without some excess skin issues but I was shocked. My neck was the worse.

I'm not a particularly vane person but I was seriously looking at plastic surgeons in my area - the wrinkles and lines were that bad.

But there is hope sweetpea!

Along with some good skin products (I like the Olay Regenerist but can recommend Avon ANEW Clinical Thermafirm for smoothing wrinkles out ANEW CLINICAL Thermafirm Face Lifting Cream - check out eBay for a good deal), good hydration is essential so drink lots of water. And don't forget to include some good fats in your diet.

Olive oil is something I have every day (extra virgin). Omega-3 oil found in cold water fish (like salmon and trout) excellent for our body and skin. If you don't like fish, look at Omega-3 (with EPA & DHA) supplements. I eat a lot of fish but I still take these: NSI Mega EFAŽ Omega-3 EPA & DHA -- 2126 mg - 120 Softgels - Vitacost

And I switch to using oil as a cleanser too. The Oil Cleansing Method - A simple, cleansing facial massage for clear skin!

I noticed a significant improvement at about 14 months out.

I've started noticing this too. I'm 36 and never had a line or wrinkle anywhere on my face...then I lost a 100 lbs and there are little lines popping up around my eyes. I've started using Stri-Vectin SD eye cream. I'm not sure it's helping yet because I've been using it about a week but it does seem to help with dark circles, another new development on my face. They also have one called Stri-Vecting WF, a wrinkle filler. I haven't tried that yet but it sounds really good.

Thanks for the advice ladies! It nice to know there's hope! I did just start using the Oil of Olay Regenerist line so it was good to hear you mention that Corrine. I've never been one to worry to much about things like this...I've been almost all gray since I was 30 (thanks to mom) :0) but these wrinkles are just horrible! And I'm only half way through with my weightloss, still have about 65 pounds more to go! Thanks again for your help!
