Could you guys share your experience or knowledge about Post-Operative diet and care for Lap Band Surgery. Specially clear diet for Breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Well I have both surgeries you look at...lasik and lapband! lol

Every doctor is different but I was on a liquid (65 grams of protein) diet pryor to surgery

After surgery... 3-4 weeks of the same liquid diet then soft diet for 2-3 weeks (same 65 grams of protein tho) then introduce solid foods..no potato , pasta, oatmeal, bread until 6 months.. I haev an entire book if interested I will break it out and email you on it
