Default stomache cramps

hi all i was wondering if there was anyone out there that could help me with a small problem, i had my band fitted in oct 07 and had 2 fills since, i have so far lost 15kg (is this about right) and 3 days ago i started to get a cramping sensation in and around my stomache area its not something thats a bother just uncomfortable, more when i stand or when i have something to eat.
please please say its not anything band related and that i ahve strained myself at the gym or something i really dont want to have it taken out or any complications, im loving the weight loss,be it a slow process or not!
