hi all
y is it when you have abit of stress your band tightens up
Ive had a bad few days with stress Ive not gone for the munches like i would normally do not that my band would let me i even tried chocolate today and boy did i have restriction .
this is the first time i have had restriction like this , whats the best thing to eat at times like this im hopin it will pass in a couple days .
ive been banded since the 14th may 07 and lost 45lb so far .

Hi my surgen has warned me that chocolate and ice cream arnt easy to consume after having the band, iam yet to know this first hand as iam being baned on the 24th july.......May the Angels be with you....
