Wink 1st check up

Today I had my first check up since my surgery on 10/17. I've lost 6 pounds and I got the ok to start walking on my treadmill! I'm feeling great! Startred on solid foods. Next week I see the nutrionist. I love this website! Everyone is so nice and friendly. Good luck to everyone.
