Default WOW...I really overdid it

I'm really enjoying introducing all these new mushy foods, but I overdid it tonight and I feel terrible. I'm so at myself, I know better!

I think I was just over the moon at the weight loss this morning and used it as an excuse to pig out way beyond the new capabilities of my stomach. It is very painful to throw up being only 7 days post-op.

How's all my fellow banders doing with eating the right kinds of food?

Hey Rach!
Each day is a different day, for me. I've been able to manage with the eating right. I make sure what I buy doesn't contain more than 3 carbs/sugar/fats. Each day varies sometimes I am so tempted to eat and other days I'll get by. It's very rewarding when I step on the scale and see that I have lost a few more pounds. That is one of the reasons that helps me keep going. Don't get me wrong I have cheated too and when I do I go out for a walk to at least burn something off!!!

I haven't thrown up with the surgery but I can only imagine.

Don't worry girl you just have to get back on the band wagon!!

I am sorry you had a bad day. I feel like at times that I am eating too much too. Lately I haven't been eating as slow as I should. I am a teacher and my lunch break is 30 minutes, but by the time I bring the kids down to lunch, check my mailbox, email, etc. I have only about 15 minutes. I haven't thrown up but I have felt VERY full and its not a good feeling. I am really excited beacuse I will be getting my first fill on October 10th, hopefully that will help control me better. Get up and get moving, don't beat yourself over mistakes.
Take Care and good luck.
