sip sip sip .. . the first few days post op are known as hell week - you will improve if you follow their instructions .. only you can make things better for yourself - get out of that bed and walk a bit too - it will help eliminate the anesthesia from your system which will make you feel a whole lot better

and use those pain meds they are providing for you ... are you on a morphine pump? if so push that button .. dont be bashful .. the meds will help you move and sleep - which will aid in your recovery

cmon this is just the beginning of a new life for yourself ... forget the past .. look forward to a life without the excessive weight

I remember feeling "What have I done?" right there in the hospital!!! But it is so worth it!!! You will have little memory of this time, but you will have a lifetime of good health. My three month labs were totally amazing compared to pre-op. Think positive, follow the Rules of the Pouch for each stage, and you will be good to go!

thanks I need this right now, I am so uncomfortable and have tonight and tomorrow night still in the hospital and time seems to have slowed down or something. I can't sleep even with meds and these leg pumps are so annoying.
It done and over with nothing I can do about it now but just deal and heal right? Dr say iam doing good so that is good. No hunger but trying to drink propel slowly. I need some sleep then I will feel better I think at least I got a shower today and I get another one tomorrow. then thursday home I go
