Default Welcome home.

Julez,
Glad to hear you are out of the hospital. How scary! You were in for a long time. Must have been a serious infection. Take it easy with everything you do and if you can stay out of work, do so. I went back to work too soon and regreted it. It was very hard on my body.

Default Julez,

Welcome back to the fourm. I am so sorry to hear about your infection! You must have been scared!

Julez, like Dale said, because you feel better and stronger, work is really tough on your body, even with a sit down job. Be kind to yourself and take care of YOU. I hope you'll keep us posted on how you're progressing.

Congratulations!

You will no doubt have some minor set backs as most of us did but I promise you it will all be worth it. Listen to your body and your Doc they won't steer you wrong.

Default thanx

I agree with you all 100%.Ive been laying low and taking care of me.Its hard with 2 little ones at home but I do the least amout as possible. Its kind of weird I lost 30lbs in the first 4weeks and cannot see it much due to the bandages ect...I have so many mixed emotions right now.Being sick I dont want to lose to fast, but that was the point of having the surgery to begin with.Man so much to deal with. But Im feeling better and in the long run I know it will be all worth it.When I go to vegas in 6mo I look good!!!!! Hehehehehe....

Julez,

Welcome back. Guess you were in the hospital when I had my surgery on the 5th of October. Sure hope you feel better soon. I am already back at work and what they say is right, if you can stay out DO IT. I am single and couldn't go without the income (nasty old bills), but working is wearing me out! I am getting lots of exercise here though, I work on the 2nd floor, the bathroom is on the first!
