Fun stuff.. some with 12 days some with 14 days, some with 4 years. It was a very good meeting..
One thing that came to me ...
Bridgett says.. "You get it" about the right food, quanitites and exercise.
"To get it!" is a blessing.

Thank again everyone for the support. My friend Karen is really nervous.

I will let you all know how her surgery goes next week.

Here in TN no one hardly comes to the suppor group meetings never the less just hang out. Bridgett, you rule!

Yes it was a FANTASTIC meeting.

Being 12 days out and having the support of all of you with your knowledge is such a reassurance and positive experience. I truly enjoy the advise that everyone brings to the table.

Thanks for having us Bridget, you are a very positive and honest person and I appreciate it very much
