Default Thanks Bridgett for another great nite.

Fun stuff.. some with 12 days some with 14 days, some with 4 years. It was a very good meeting..
One thing that came to me ...
Bridgett says.. "You get it" about the right food, quanitites and exercise.
"To get it!" is a blessing.
Thank again everyone for the support. My friend Karen is really nervous.
I will let you all know how her surgery goes next week.
