Red face Hi All miss me? :)

Sorry I have not been around things have been really crazy here! 2 weeks ago we had to rush Bria to the hospital by ambulance. She was choking on her spitup and foaming at the mouth, when the paramedics got here they suctioned her and she was ok but they kept her at the hospital for a few hours for monitoring. They also showed me how to suction her with the bulb syrenge in case it happens again. When I was getting out of the ambulence I pulled an internal stitch. I developed a seroma under part of my c-section inscision. It filled quickly with fluid I had to go to my Dr and he was poking and pushing on it until it opened up , it pretty much just unzipped about 1/3 of my inscision line. he then packed it gave me antibiotics and I have had a nurse come twice a day for the past 2 weeks to repack it for me. It is closing and there was no infection but he did put me on keflex just in case. The antibiotics have since given Bria thrush which I also now have and it has made nursing quite painful but I am still doing it. It is hard but I know it is better for her.

On the lighter side my clothes are falling off again! I still have not gotten on the scale as I have some swelling issues. I am still doing my 80-120 grams of protein and all my vitamins. Bria is now at 6 pounds 2 oz! Here are some new pix of her. She had some baby zits but they are all gone now.

Of course we missed you. I was just asking Duckie about you two days ago. I am so glad they both of you are doing well. She is so beautiful Laura. I am glad you are still staying on track with your protein. I am sure you are going to be very pleased with your weight loss when you finally do step on the scale. Big Hugs to you both.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..... I want one.... so adorable....

I'm sorry to hear you've been going through such a tough period. But it looks like you and Bria are back on the well side again.

How do you do that much protein?
