Default Onederland!!

Guess who made it to Onderland? ME!!!!!!! YAY ME!!!!! I'm almost there peoples!!!!

The problem now is.... I don't want to eat. At all. Not for any physical reason. I think, and I hope I'm wrong, but I feel a little bit of those old anorexic issues surfacing. The other day, I found myself weighing my food, and writing it down. Those of you from the IE Support group know what I'm talking about here. I threw the paper away immediately. But it sure scared me. I seem to conviently "forget" to eat, a lot these days. So today when I woke up I made sure the first thing I did was eat. I've let my husband know to watch me too. Don't want to swing all the way to the other end of the pendulum again. Just confessing... so now I'm accountable to you people! lol God Bless support!

You are smart enough to know that you need to eat to remain healthy and to lose weight and keep your metabolism going. It is great that you are aware of the tendency and keep it in check. You are so close to goal and I am sure you look and feel wonderful. We all have our deamons that we fight, but you know your enemy and that is the best way to defeat it. Keep on posting when you feel the urges. We are here.

That is awesome Robin.
Remember that you did not get here by not eating so continue on with your good eating habits and you will be at goal before you know it!

I take that back....as far out as you are, you need at least 1200-1300 a day.
