Question Protein bars without nut products??

Does anyone know of any protein bars that don't contain nuts? My son is allergic to nuts (deathly) so I can't keep anything with nuts in the house - can't eat it around him, etc... So it makes snacking very difficult - let's face it, I'm human and once in a while I get a craving. I can only snack on so much cheese (or I end up constipated) - I need some alternate snacking ideas!!!! I've got some sugar free chocolate covered toffee bars that are small and 1 will cure the chocolate craving (serving size is like 5 so I have one and it does the trick) but when I'm really hungry and not just craving something sweet I'd like it to be a high protein snack. Not to mention having something on hand for those days when nothing else is appetizing (I'm in an anti-eat week- I'm not hungry but eating only because I have to which means nothing is appetizing or worth the energy of spending time cooking).

Question Stallone High Protein Pudding

You could try the Stallone High Protein Pudding, no nuts, it might do the trick. 20 grams of protein in a 6oz. can.

I've been able to find it at GNC, in all four flavors, Banana, Vanilla, Chocolate, and Lemon Creme. I've heard some GNC's only carry a couple of the flavors, so it depends on your GNC. They come in a box of four, and I think they're a couple cents more than if you buy it online, but you don't have to pay for shipping so it works out to be cheaper. And it's even cheaper if you have a GNC Gold card discount card.

You might want to try "soy crisps". The Quaker brand is available in grocery stores.

The above are terrific. Also, Power Crunch Bars are yummy, and I do not think some of the flavors have nuts in them
