Default Two miles in 35 minutes

Today at Mission Beach ...a great thing happen. What use to take 50-60 minute now takes 35 minutes.. Gee what that 80lbs must have done to
heart.
Exercise is the answer.. I've finally feel free..no longer does it hurt to walk.
My steps have bounce and I feel like jogging.... yes at my age.
So ladies it's summer get out there and enjoy the sun and scenes.
Yum Yum men in skimpy shorts : jogging on the boardwalk.
Enjoy...

Hi Jenni

Sounds like you have a new lease on life. That is so cool!

Seriously - how old do you FEEL?

What changes have you made in your lifestyle?

Are you retired? What does your family think, feel?

Aww Jenni I miss those moments, working out in the gym and not feeling weight down. It is a priceless feeling to get out into life and enjoy every step.

Default Things about Jenni

How old do I feel.. my age..well not my birth age.
My weight loss has created a feeling of " Yes I have a chance."
When I say a chance.. I mean a new profession. Presently I am retired struggling graphic artist, website, logos etc.
However, this summer I have begun a quest back to school.
Today was my last day as a volunteer at PAWS. Pets are wonderful support.
I've enrolled at City in two psch classes.
The rest of the days will filled with classes in other graphics classes at the Continuing Ed on Aero Dr.
Oh then there is beach time.. yes.
Oh yes work outs at all the cool places in San Diego..
Oh then a few hours of men watching in coffee houses.. Don't like bars.
Enough for now..
Jenni
