Default Does this make me a bad person?

As I type this I am eating a banana, but not before spooning a big ole dollup of Peter Pan Crunchy on each bite. I feel dirty.

Yeah, I kinda went there too... is it THAT you're eating the banana/PB, or HOW you're eating the banana?

Well, that's MY goal, not my doctor's...I will NEVER meet my doctor's goal of 157. I don't need to be 157. If I could get to 170, would be ecstatic...Hell I am pretty dang happy right now.

My weight loss seems to have slowed to a snail's pace.
