Default 5 months ago today!

Where has the time gone? It seems so long ago and yet just yesterday. Sometimes, it seems like it's so slow losing weight. When you look at the total, it's absolutely amazing, almost unreal.

70 lbs in 5 months!!!!!!!!!!!

The most I have ever lost before, even on a liquid diet, was 40 lbs in 6 months. This truly is a miracle for me. Only 30-40 more lbs to go

Marie,
Congratulations! It's amazing to look back at our lives pre-op and what they are now. I thank God every day for the changes in my life. Keep up the good work.

Wow Marie...the time sure does fly fast and look at you now! 70 pounds is such a tremendous amount of weight and it surely agrees with you. When I sat next to you at Mimi's, I could tell how much you really look at what you eat. You're full of resourceful information that is beneficial to all of us newbies and not so newbies. You keep on inspiring us!

Congratulations on your success!

Default Than you Irela

I love to share information. Especially when there's so much misinformation out there. I'm not ashamed that I had the surgery. I proudly show off the scars and tell anyone that asks about how I'm losing weight. Knowledge is half the battle.
