Arrow Doctor says stop!

Well I seen my pcp the other day and he advised me to stop losing weight. I am not trying to lose weight it is just slowly dropping off. I am eatting more than I was able to which freaks me out cause lord knows I don't want to be fat ever again. My doc said he doesn't want me to lose any more cause if something happend that I become sick again, he said my body won't have enough substance to told itself up. So now I am confused how do I stop losing weight? I can't possibly eat anymore than I am already. I thought that the body knew when to stop losing weight? and I am only 5' 1 I am really short, so I don't know what losing another 10 or 15 would hurt??? but my doc is a very wise person and according to him I have already lost about 85% of my weight. Soooo that is pretty good. Any suggestions?

In my unprofessional opinion, I wouldnt stress it but make sure you are no longer trying to lose. Eat healthy, keep up all vitamins, and dont skip any doctor check ups. 5'1 is short and you may have a very small frame. Do you feel healthy & strong?
