back pain post op? - ThinnerTimes

has anyone else experienced back pain/strain a few months post op? I am just over 4 months out and I've had back pain for a week and a half. Someone told me that this is common with WLS- any one else experience it? How did you get rid of it? Any tips? My pain is mostly in the lower back.

I've lived with back pain most of my adult life, so I can't really help ya here...
But, I do have a bruised Coccyx!

Ouch!!

My chiropractor has saved my life a couple of times. He said that when you lose weight, you walk differently, you hold yourself differently, you sleep in different positions. He's adjusted me regularly as I've lost weight, and I'm not having back pain. Woo hoo!

YOu beat me to it Nancy. SEe a chiropracter. YOur body is changing constanty, thus the muscles in your back are being increasingly stressed. I would die without my chiropracter and massage therapist!
