I wouldn't "will" it away. Just thorw it up and get that bad feeling over with. It will be awhile untill you know what you can eat and it takes awhile to learn to eat slow enough for your new pouch. Don't put yourself thru pain, just get it out and learn from it.

As the cat in the hat would say........"better out than in" lol. I got sick after lunch yesterday it happens but I always feel much better after I let it out. I have also tried fighting it but I have found that letting it go makes it all go away much faster, and I can get on with things.

I WISH WISH WISH that I could let it go...the pain is terrible, but there is something inside my brain that won't let it happen.

Aww Cindy. Well I am glad you feel better now. Good thing you are not in the healthcare industry . Seeing someone else vomit doesn't bother me but being in the hot seat and throwing up my self I am not a fan of. I am glad it is over.

Welcome to the vomit club. lol It isn't that bad. You actually DO feel better. I used to vomit a lot. I had GERD bad and have a hypersensitive nose at times too. It's not easy being a nurse at times. It makes my job difficult. I can't tell you how many garbage cans I have puked in. lol Then just got back to work. Okay.. TMI right? lol
