Default I made the century club!

Thank you, thank you -- to all of the dear, dear people here who have been there for me from everything from nausea and unexplainable pressure/ irritation in my chest to dealing with the death of my pet.

I have learned so much here and gotten so much strength to sustain myself during the difficult, stressful times. I've appreciated all of your comments, even those that took me to task -- and I've taken many of those to heart and practice.

Today is a special day for me (seven months since my surgery and I have reached the century mark -- actually 100 plus one!) Yeah! and the best part of all is that I'm finally learning -- and adapting the behaviors I need to make this a TRUE life-changing experience. I will never allow myself to gain this weight back -- not even if it means joining the gym. And, of course, I'm so happy with my new tool -- which helps me eat less.

Thank you, thank you, everyone!
